Mike Cronan

Mike Cronan has been a lifelong resident of Pittsburg, California, in the East Bay. He began his hands-on musical training while performing in his local church at the age of thirteen. Mike was listed by the church as their music resource, so he played guitar and sang for countless services, funerals, and weddings. He soon picked up the electric bass duties for a popular local dance band, and he performed with them from 1993 to the early 2000’s. Over the years, Mike has also taught many youngsters in his community on how to play guitar— both privately and through the Pittsburg Performing Arts Academy.

Having been friends with front man John Siino for a long time, as well as to brother-in-law keyboardist Jess Reyes – Mike received an invitation to join EVOLUTION in early 2022 to add vocal support. Happy and excited to accept the invitation, Mike loves the mission of bringing the memorable music of Journey to all the fans who enjoy the music as much as he does.
